NBA Opening Game Pits Bulls Against Lakers
The Chicago Bulls is an organization that many people are rooting for now because they have the league’s MVP on their team, Derrick Rose. Rose is not like the typical players where he tries to get the best players to support him so that he can win the ring. He enjoys the competition and is willing to play against anyone.
The Lakers, however, are not the old Lakers that we used to watch. Lamar Odom was traded to Dallas for cap space which was not a great trade according to Kobe Bryant. Pau Gasol has not been performing as well as he is expected to and Kobe is getting a little old to carry the entire team by himself.
Kobe Bryant is not in the best condition at the start of the season and he might not play the opener because of a torn wrist ligament. If you plan on gambling, the odds are stacked against the Lakers especially because they were swept by the Mavs in last year’s playoffs. It will be hard for them to start strong without Kobe so you should make sure you bet for the Bulls to pull out a victory.
